Plan Summary

This will be the first national-level museum created to provide innovative learning experiences and exploration fields needed for the diverse development of children in the fields of art, culture, digital, science, games, creativity exploration, learning experience, emotional tolerance, shared learning, and physical fitness. It also seeks to cultivate the child literacy needed to face the future, and to that end created a children's activity place that promotes parent-child interaction, friendship, equality, and participation in co-creation, actively creating the future and becoming a driving force for societal change.

  • Design Fee
    Planning, design and construction supervision technical services total NT$600 million.
  • Competition Type
    Adopt one-time submission, two-stage selection and open competition.
  • Qualification
    The architect firm is the main body forming a cooperative international team. Joint tendering is not allowed.
  • Finalists and Awards
    1. The first-place winning manufacturer will receive priority bargaining rights in the case.
    2. The second and third best works will each receive a bonus of NT$2 million.
